The location was good, close to attractions, and the view was delightful, too. Moreover, it was near to sea life park that was nice must see dolphin show.

Great service, though a few employees were not particularly helpful. We had a new-fashioned studio suite with microwave, balcony plus toaster.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay at this hotel were the spacious and comfortable suite, and the friendly and accommodating staff. We had ample room to relax and unwind, and the beds were cozy and inviting. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the area and immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the pool area was a great place to unwind and enjoy some sunshine.

Worst aspects of our Christmas stay were the lack of housekeeping for stays less than 7 nights, which was frustrating when we ran out of supplies and had to call for everything. The limited hours of the housekeeping department also meant rearranging our schedule to request basic items like toilet paper.

Clean, comfortable and affordable room in Waikiki. Although they were renovating the hotel, I was never aware of any noise.

The staff was very friendly.

I was not fond of my shower (thought the shower head was too low) and of the comforter. Did not keep me warm thorughout the night all the time.

Extreme kindness of people and careful for customers

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, especially reception staff. The breakfasts (at $8.95 each) were satisfactory value for money though were a bit the 'same' each day. Location of hotel was very good ... a quiet street not far from Waikiki shopping and beaches and an easy walk to the Ala Moana Center. The hotel apologised for ongoing renovations but, frankly, they had little impact on day-to-day operations and the noise level was minimal. The room rate was very good and, together with the factors already mentioned, if the hotel maintains these standards, I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The location was perfect, right next to Fort DeRussy beach and close to shuttle pick-up points. It was also convenient for shopping and nightlife. The staff was friendly and helpful.
